About Mona

I live in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest with my amazing daughters who teach me daily what life is all about and the importance of being in the moment. Living here also reminds me of the abundance in life….every grain of sand on the beaches, every blade of grass in the parks, every flower that blooms here year round. Truly a blessing.

I guess I could choose to focus on what is not present what does not seem abundant in my life……but what purpose would that serve? You see I believe we have a choice in how we think…the results that we see in our lives every day are a result of that thinking and of the emotion that thinking arouses in each of us. So why not think of the things we want, think of the abundance of life, think of the blessings we have and are grateful for? …and sometimes we just need someone to remind us.

For over 25 years my life has brought me joys and challenges…probably more challenges than I thought were my fair share…..challenges with my health, with relationships, with my belief in myself. This was my training ground -  my education so to speak.

I began studying the body and how it heals using my own as a self study and continue to do so studying and trying out new healing modalities as my body speaks to me in the direction of its healing.

I have studied with great mentors such as David Neagle and Bob Proctor and applied their teachings in my life to transform my thinking and my results.

I have employed spiritual practices to “test” so to speak my faith in what  the scriptures teach such as  “ask and it shall be given”, “seek and you shall find”. To see the results and to affirm my creative power ( the power that is in each and everyone of us) is awe inspiring.

On top of all of these experiences I have significant business training in the traditional brick and mortar sense as well as online working with leaders and masters such as Lisa Sasevich, Vrinda Normand, Christian Mickelsen, Khama Anku, Mike Dillard, Jay Kubassek and Denis Karganilla.

Formally I am a Certified Life Coach, I have been trained in Vibrational Medicine, Nutritional Coaching, Rebalancing Therapy, Hands on Healing and Professional Health Coaching with extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Nutrition.

My passion and purpose is to enlighten folks – awaken them to their own power, to assist them in creating their own abundance in life, business, health and relationships (LOVE).

You see people are all the same – however unique we all seem our bodies all heal and repair the same way and we all have the answers to our questions in life about what we should be doing – we are each creative and resourceful and whole.

I use a cooperative coaching model to assist those who are ready to change, find their passion in life, making the lasting  life changes to create the abundance they have always been seeking in any and all areas of their lives…You see everyone knows what to do – they just don’t do it. My job is to hold them accountable so they can manifest those dreams as reality.
